The Strongest Legal High You've Never Heard Of

Torch Haymaker Blend THC-P & X Gummies

Here's something most people don't know: you can walk into a gas station right now and buy something 33 times stronger than marijuana. Legally. No prescription.

It's called THCP. And it's about to blow your mind.

How We Got Here

In 2018, Donald Trump signed the Farm Bill into law. We have Senator Mitch McConnell and Representative Thomas Massie to mostly thank for getting hemp legalized throughout the United States.

But since most things in the United States are just a fad, we of course produced way too much CBD and hemp. The price of CBD fell through the floor. So scientists had to figure out another use for it.

That's when we figured out how to make CBD psychoactive.

Here's how it works: hemp-derived THC products are created by modifying legal CBD extracted from legal hemp and then scientifically altering it. CBD is a cannabinoid. You only have to modify it slightly to make it psychoactive and turn it into other forms of cannabinoids which are found naturally in marijuana.

Since you're not recreating Delta-9 THC—the primary substance found in traditional marijuana—it's legal. But these variations on THC can be much stronger than traditional Delta-9 THC.

The 33x Problem

There are many different forms of THC that CBD can be turned into. There's THCA, which is very similar to traditional Delta-9 THC. My favorite one is something called THCP.

THCP binds to your brain's CB1 receptors approximately 33 times more strongly than Delta-9 THC. In practice, users report it feeling anywhere from 5 to 10 times stronger than traditional marijuana.

Here's a warning: Don't try to drive a car or operate heavy machinery if you ever decide to try THCP.

I've recorded some videos in the past that demonstrate its effects. I've had people try marijuana for the first time and then they thought they were dying or they were going to have a heart attack. Newsflash: they did not die or have a heart attack. Lol

But would I recommend that most people try THCP? Hell no. An experienced marijuana user, yes. But this stuff can even knock me out for 15+ hours.

With that said, I'm not going to be operating heavy machinery anytime soon. And it does make me way more relaxed. It makes it easier to move and it makes my voice much smoother. Very similar to traditional marijuana. It might be more effective.

Natural vs. Synthetic

No, it doesn't grow on trees in high concentrations. THCP is found in natural marijuana, but in much smaller quantities—typically under 0.1% of total cannabinoid content. It has to be scientifically created from hemp-derived CBD to produce it in usable amounts.

I would much rather do something that is completely natural. But this stuff is cheaper and it's legal.

You can buy these products at gas stations or order them online. All you do is check a box on a website that says you are 21 or older. That's it.

The War on Drugs Is 35 Years Behind

People think that it cannot be psychoactive because marijuana is not legal. Guess what? In the United States, unless there's a law making it illegal, you can do it.

And when we created these laws, we specifically made Delta-9 THC illegal. It's fucked up that the police are continuing their war on drugs when something that is much stronger and potentially more dangerous is sold legally at gas stations.

The war on drugs is about 35 years behind the times.

The End Is Coming

Lately I've found myself on the same side as a bunch of MAGA people. I'm particularly fond of Thomas Massie.

In November 2025, Trump signed a government funding bill that will effectively ban most hemp-derived THC products starting November 13, 2026. The new law limits hemp products to 0.4 milligrams of total THC per container and prohibits synthesized cannabinoids like Delta-8 and THCP.

Representative Nancy Mace introduced a bill to repeal the ban. Thomas Massie is co-sponsoring it. They're trying to save the industry. But Trump supports the ban, and the industry has about 365 days to figure out what comes next.

So if you're curious about THCP, now's the time. Because this loophole won't be open forever.
